Message From Emilio

As many Florida businesses are re-opening their doors for the first time this week since Hurricane Irma, it’s a good time to reflect on the impact of the storm and what we need to do to better prepare our businesses for next time. And with another major storm already churning it’s way in our general direction, there is no time like the present to reflect and plan. Hurricane Irma taught us that during and after a storm, we can’t count on local phone services, mobile or landlines to work. We also learned not to count on your local internet provider to work, especially cable companies like Comcast or Atlantic Broadband.

On a brighter note, I can tell you that most of my business clients who have fiber have been up since Monday morning of last week. And clients who have their office number in the cloud, were able to find support to answer their incoming calls, even when they were unable to get to the office. I would be happy to take a look at your current disaster recovery plan and evaluate options to ready your business for next time. Give us a call at 305-910-2324 to set something up.

Best regards, Emilio

Hurricane Irma

If you didn’t take the proper steps to ensure your business would be operational after Hurricane Irma passed, the chances that you are still trying to get back to business as usual are high. The Rise of Collaborative Communication

Digital transformation is creating new product and services opportunities, evolving business processes and enabling companies to dramatically increase revenue while reducing costs by achieving higher levels of efficiency. In the digital era, sustained market leadership is no longer based on which company has the lowest costs, superior products or the best people. Rather, market leaders will be determined by a company’s ability to recognize shifts in the market landscape and adapt to these trends faster than their competition. This means being able to make the best decision as quickly as possible while involving the right people, regardless of their location.

Due to Hurricane Irma, the Lunch and Learn will be rescheduled for later this Fall.
